Prospects is proud to host player development sessions for all ages and ability levels! Our highly qualified coaches design sessions that meet the needs of the group, whether you’re just starting out or playing AAA or Junior hockey. We offer a player to coach ratio of 4:1 or better! You won’t find this level of personalized attention anywhere outside of Prospects, and certainly not for a competitive price!
Our Coaches
Amy Maitre
Amy is a graduate of the Human Kinetics program at the University of Windsor, where she spent 5 years on the Women’s hockey team, 3 of them as assistant captain.
Following her playing career she completed coach 1 and 2 certifications and is on staff as an assistant coach with the University of Windsor Women’s Hockey team.
Mark Turner
Mark brings a wealth of coaching knowledge and experience! He was a member of the coaching staff for both Memorial Cups with the OHL Windsor Spitfires, and went to the Sutherland Cup finals with the Jr. B Lasalle Vipers. Mark has coaching and playing experience at the ECHL, OHL, Jr.B, and Jr.C levels, as well as various AAA and minor hockey programs locally. Mark is also part of the Hockey Canada Excellence Program.
Mikayla Axford
Mikayla is currently attending the University of Windsor were she majors in Family Studies with a minor in Psychology. She was a member of the University of Windsor Women’s Hockey Team for two seasons. Mikayla is a Hockey Canada Certified Level 2 Coach.
